So Q-sync instead of bitching about it. The reason the Caldari are losing is because most of their side is busier bitching about how unfair everything is rather than actually fighting. Those people who actually make a serious attempt at winning will win, more often than not. I have Caldari standing at level 4 because I've gone into it with groups sometimes, and almost every time I've done so I've won.
I've q synced before and still get scout and heavy try hards, I also have level 4.

NO Faction Benefits. Just pride on the line in very one sided mechanics. Amarr Militia spent a month or two being squashed under foot against organised corporation sized groups. We organised and took the fight back to them and ended up absolutely turning the tables on those organised groups. Those were honestly the best and most competitive halcyon days of FW.
I played fw before, so don't assume because something is overpriced.
